Gallery official launch
Launch Weekend:
To be confirmed.
The big ribbon cutting. We still need to hang the sliding walls, the additional wall space that will make the gallery the gallery. This official launch will revolve around other people’s diaries, not mine - so we are planning on working backwards from a final arranged date, we are hopefully gifted from our chosen celeb. It might be a while, but I figured that’s OK.

It all begins with Kindness…
Kick off weekend:
Saturday, August 14th
An Art installation through a community project where everyone can have their say with a giant work at the end that fills our hearts with the right stuff, imbues us with a sense of belonging together and a work that inspires change.

Exhibition - Our Peak District - Looking through the veil.

Work which addresses the detail of why we love the Peak District so much. The exhibition sets out to visualise what the national park can do for us through a full colour spectrum of sometimes hidden benefits. Health and happiness freely available from countryside so near and on this Gallery’s doorstep.

Friday, November 13th onwards
Why Sheffield is so loved, a celebration of amazing cultural heritage, the industry past and present and the day to day kindness that imbues the great citizens of Sheffield. A celebration of the cultural phenomena that has grown from Sheffield’s apparent symbiosis with the Peak District and how the two great areas work together in the current era.
