Treak Cliff Cavern - The Home of Blue John Stone
I’ll be brief. I love Castleton, the caves and Blue John. I’ve loved this area since I was 13, when I first camped solo on a farm at the top of Winnats Pass, collecting geological samples and exploring the landscape.
Not much has changed, except that the visitor numbers have grown considerably, thanks in part to Castleton becoming something of a TikTok and Instagram hotspot.
