Tryfan (917.5 metres, 3,010 feet). A mountain in the Ogwen Valley, Eryri, Snowdonia, Wales. It is part of the Glyderau ( The Glyders in English) which are a group of mountains and the central part of the Welsh 3,000’s.
Tryfan has on occasion, been voted Britain's favourite mountain it is home to the summit twin monoliths of Siôn a Siân, also known popularly as Adam and Eve in English. It is the fifteenth-highest mountain in Wales.
