This is one of the three valleys drawn in Si Homfray's award winning Contour Range style and specifically coloured to be a part of a larger work, if put together, the 3 Valley's tryptch.
Located in the heart of the 3 Valleys - Méribel is the famous and popular French ski resort in the Tarentaise Valley in the French Alps. Méribel refers to the three neighbouring villages of Méribel Centre, Méribel-Mottaret and Méribel Village.
Not to be labelled for only skiing Méribel is similarly popular for mountain activities, mountain biking and climbing through the summer.
So many personal happy memories for the artist who has been visiting this mountain paradise since the 1980's.
