£10 from every Limited Edition large print sale goes to the foundation.
This artwork created for the Friends of Hathersage Station is now on permanent display on the Sheffield Manchester railway line on both platforms at Hathersage Station.
The work incorporates everything Hathersage: A warm and glowing work of love for everything that is part of this Peak District Idyll.
There are illustrated views of the Pepper Pot, Toads Mouth, Higgar Tor, Carls Wark, The Outdoor swimming pool a popular draw for thousands of people from all over the country every year.
There is Little John’s grave, the stepping stones over the river Derwent, The George Hotel, Colemans Deli and Maazi’s curry house, Stanage Edge. The David Mellor Cutlery factory the Round House, Memories of the Needle industry, millstones and a pack horse, The cheese press, Well dressings, St Michael’s Church Jane Eyre and North Lees Hall.
There are runners, walkers, climbers, photographers and mountain bikers, a curlew and a giant central panorama of the village from the other side of the valley.
Detailed investigation will find even more and an honest representation of the local flora and fauna.
Sales of the large 50*70cm print will include a £10 donation to the Friends of Hathersage Station.
