This work is a representation of the full spectrum of our needs, mental and physical and all the aspects of wellbeing we need to look at in order to achieve a fully balanced solid foundation of wellbeing for the best life possible.
It contains the embedded icons of the forthcoming magic forest project all filling the continuum of spiralling branching and organic feel that goes on in our minds and in the very nature that helps us find balance and that essential calm space inside us all.
At the heart and centre of the work are the spiralled words of ‘We - a few words’ which I wrote not so long ago that neatly summarises some of the essential needs of being our best selves and being together.
